In recent years California City has undergone an increase in development. The city is committed to increased growth and has planned for it.

This lot is located within one of the 29 Subdivision Deferred Improvement Tracts in California City so once a building permit is applied for and issued, and a water permit fee paid, the City will bring CITY WATER TO THE LOT. Zoning is R1, which is single-family residential. You can build a home or install a Mobile Home, as long as it is double-wide and on a permanent foundation. RVs and Campers are also allowed on a temporary, short-term basis, and during construction. There is no time limit to build and there are no association dues.

Property taxes are currently $128.05 per year and they are PAID CURRENT through the 2009-2010 tax year ending June 30, 2010. There are NO LIENS on the lot and title is being delivered free and clear. Buyer shall submit payment by cashier's check or money order, or we can accept payment by credit card through Paypal. Immediately upon receipt of payment, Seller will mail buyer the Deed and maps for the property, along with simple written instructions for recording the deed by mail with the Kern County Recorder's Office in Bakersfield.
