Klamath Pass Ranch

Klamath Pass Ranch joins the west side of Hwy 97 which gives great access in all types of weather for loading your hay crop or unloading cattle trucks. The city of Klamath Falls is 20 miles north with businesses like John Deere, Big R, Home Depot, Fred Meyer and Wal-Mart.
Most of the ranch soil types are high quality, well drained, sandy loam soils. Two low lift wells with electric motors provide water for two pivots and several wheel lines. Ranch improvements include modern 1,400 sf home, a 2,000 sf shop for maintenance and winter storage and a pole barn for 500 tons of hay storage.
