Klamath Pass Ranch
The Klamath Pass Ranch is located in Siskiyou County. The ranch has 693 acres which includes 428 irrigated acres and 265 acres used for pasture. The ranch has been used primarily as a hay ranch with cows and calves as a secondary business. The reverse would work as well giving versatility to an ever changing marketplace.

Ranch improvements include modern 1,400 sf home, a 2,000 sf shop for maintenance and winter storage and a pole barn for 500 tons of hay storage.
